~~~~~Horse Trader In new Scam to unsuspecting horse buyers.~~~~~~ Beware of a horse trader/dealer etc. Who is representing horses as being ranch raised-Kid safe and trained by there ranch. Her name is Casey Taylor she has several alias Casey Dunavin, By Faith Ranch,C.P.White. Cand D Custom Colts and the latest is R & C Gentle Family Horses.. She has lists of bad horse sales, lawsuits pending, BBB complaints, Rip Off.com complaints etc. Her email however is _Russlltayl@aol.com This is the notorious Russell Taylor From Pittsburgh Texas. (Killer horse buyer/trader) They set up appointments and have the horses medicated to ride gentle and calm. Then sell a horse and offer to deliver also.They purchase horses from primarly at local sales Monday, Wed,. Thur. And Sat. Longview,Sims,Emory and De Kalb. They are horses they know nothing about and are not healthy.
There were theft charges filled in Upshur county in August. There are other charges pending in Cass, Marion, Bowie, Counties.
References: They have people that will GIVE references BY EMAIL Only. We have had AOL confirm that these are Casey Taylors email addresses. They will not give you phone numbers for references. We were taken for A SUBSTAINTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY on 3 horses and injurys were not mild.. We are pursing legal action however Im trying to warn others so the dont have to endure the pain and money we have lost. She advertises on Agdirect and> Dreamhorse. We have been contacted by several people in order to go to the Attorney General to stop them from scamming people out of thousands of dollars And to stop children from being hurt or permanently damaged. I too was a victim of Russell Taylor in March of 2002. He sold me one of his "Gentle Riding Horses". Well, the horse threw me off, broke both my arms and injured my neck and my back resulting in numerous surgeries with no end in sight. I sought council and won my case against Russell Taylor. However, he is still selling horses to unsuspecting people. Get this creep off the streets. I hope he rots.

I just bought a horse yesterday from this man... I paid $300 in cash, then found out about his history. He let me bring the horse home and held 2 checks I gave him for the rest... which if he were to cash I can put a stop payment on. I figured I better go ahead and get the horse because he had $300 cash and I had no way to prove it. I definately hope I have a good horse. I spoke with my vet about meds he could use and how to spot them. Most will cause a geldings penis to fall from the sheath due to the muscles relaxing.. and his was tucked away... he was responsive... trotted when asked... loped when asked... hopefully I didnt fall victim... however if I did he will NOT forget me!
Natalia...I hope you got a descent horse. Its been 10 years since I bought a horse from him and I have had 6 surgeries as a result and have been left permanently disabled for the rest of my life. I sued and won but I know I will never see a dime unfortunately. I am hundreds of thousands of dollars in the hole thanks to someone who doensn't give two shits about what happens to another human being!!!!!
Its been months since I bought Danny (the gelding) and hes been a good horse! He does seem to have sweet itch... but any horse can get that. Hes bucked once but it was out of sheer fear.. and he didnt throw me.

He lives right off 2088 and 556fm in Simpsonville. Red pipe fence and cattle guard. Hope u have luck w him. But he hauls horses to the kill pen every Monday. He stole one of my horses two days ago. I will be persuing charges.
Holy Moly! Pretty sure this is the same guy I went out to look at some horses he had last Spring that were sick...snotty noses... anyways, he has a large riding Jenny that I'm interested in, but now I'm not so sure I will deal with this man. Really would like to buy the Jenny but I guess I'll pass....

I was going to buy the Jenny, but I'm super suspicious of him, having dealt w him in the past. I went to see horses and mules for sale and some were sick. I have a mammoth John thay I ride and so was interested in the Jenny...better to deal w reputable people...don't want to bring disease to my farm.
And the evil just goes on and on. I don't see why he is allowed to continue without being put under the prison cell!! I'm 18 years into my injuries now and and lucky if I can get out of my chair every day. God WILL take care of this man and his family!!!!
